Huge thank you to my hairstylist, Steph, for the amazing job she did on my hair! I only gave her an inspirational picture of the color I wanted and trusted her to do the rest—and she absolutely delivered. This is actually the third time she’s done my hair color, and I’ve loved every single one.nShe spent 8 hours coloring my hair and really listened to my opinions about the haircut. You can truly tell that Steph loves what she does, and it shows in her work.nThe salon was incredibly accommodating—they even opened on their day off just to fit me in before Christmas. I know how hard it is to book an appointment during the holiday season, but they still made it happen.nI highly recommend this salon. They went above and beyond and made me look and feel beautiful!
Yet again, no call back from the salon as they have been “very busy” . Rung to change appointment day and hello, my stylist isn’t there anymore and they have plonked me with a new one. No phone call to advise of this change. The last time this happened the price had jumped up with no warning given of the new pricing for the stylist. The follow up from this salon is shocking. I advised I’m going elsewhere. Three strikes so you are out. Just terrible customer service. Clearly they don’t value their customers.
Such a beautiful salon and the loveliest stylists! I brought my baby in annd everyone was so anccomodating. Ella fit me in last min and achieved more than I could have hoped for in the time we had. I left with a perfectly creamy blonde refresh that I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the Bay. Then Sacha did the best cut I've had in YEARS, my hair looks so healthy but still feels long. Will be coming back again and again, highly recommend x
Ruined my hair. So unhappy you burnt my head. Please don't say you can't find a record of my visit, as youve rudely replied to a lot of your previous negative feedback! I definitely did and no I won't be coming back
