Earth hair salon is a brand new, loft-like space with lots of natural light and spare decor with a calming, soft zen like quality. You will instantly feel relaxed and pampered. Michiko is an artist - she has creative ideas but her manner is sensitive and respectful. She gives you and your hair her full attention always .... and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommended.
Michi is, hands down, the best stylist. She totally understands my hair and always gives me a great haircut. Her new space, Earth Hair Salon, is perfectly located, bright and sunny, and totally relaxing. It makes getting a haircut a great experience.
Michi is great, was referred to her and have been going to her for several years in Tribeca, and following her now to Dumbo. Have gotten great cuts and service, and I’m overly picky. Not ridiculously priced like the high end places, but not a factory like the chain places. As a guy with a healthy widows peak, she knows how to style men’s hair no matter what you have up top.
Love Michiko!!!! She’s an amazing colorist and hair stylist and always finds time to fit me in at a moments notice! And she’s so fast yet I never feel rushed The new salon is wonderful....I love how tranquil and personal it is....
