They keep a particular keratin shampoo and conditioner which I've been trying to get hold of. Had a haircut there few years back and got recommended the product but shop has been closed few times last year but finally managed to get hold of it. Price has gone up a bit but well worth it. The layout of the shop has changed as well. Not sure if they cut ladies hair anymore but I was happy to get my product and get served so quickly.

Not one to complain or give negative comments but feel people should be aware. Went in for cut and highlights. When I returned home my daughter walked in and asked what I had done as the colour didn’t look any different. I was told my grey would be blended and it was still as obvious as ever, and as for the cut! It wasn’t till I was on way home I realised I hadn’t been shown the back of my hair but after being there for over 4 hrs was tired and ready to leave. I now know why she didn’t show me the back. Not only did I not get the style I asked for, she had done a complete hack job of my hair. I was so upset and disappointed I had to go to another hairdresser the next day to try and get it fixed. Even the new hairdresser could not believe how bad the cut was. Literal chunks had been cut out of my hair and no styling what so ever! Got my hair permanently straightened here. Was really happy with the outcome But after 1 week I lost a lot of hair, it left me with a big patch in the middle with alot more hairs falling out still! My hair feels tangled when I brush it out, but the tangled parts are the hairs tht snapped.

I went here just yesterday not sure on what do with my hair and had the best hair salon experience ever coming from someone who's been to a few. Pranita gave me so much advice on what would suit me and my hair best and explained everything to me including any additional costs. My hair came out better than I could've imagined I did a full head of foils and purchased the ultimate blonde package on grabone. 10/10 recommend this place! Amazing outcome - 100% satisfied! I’ve got very thick hair and it’s never been easy styling it, let alone colour it. BUT…Pranita nailed my colouring today full-head highlights!! She knew exactly how to handle my volume & length, very friendly and made me at easy with answering questions in a way that I understood I.e colour types, toners, volume, etc. I will definitely go back to her for colouring again in the future! Had my hair permanantely straightened here Wella treatment. I was happy with my hair at first which turned out very straight & I no longer have to do much to my hair now which Iam happy about. However there is alot of hair coming out now though a month later. I probably would not do this treatment again due to the loss of hair at the root. I will go back to keratin treatments as there was less damage. One thing I did not like was that the two stylists were having a full on conversation in their language which I found a bit off putting when they were standing over my head. I found that to be a bit unprofessional.

Friendly unconditional service. Barber used extra time on beard trim and was meticulous at creating a young prestine number 2 style cut. Thanks for the Elvis
