LOVE Adrian Hailwoods clothes and jewellery, the garments he designs are so flattering, and always treasured in my wardrobe.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional service does not even graze the surface of this brand. I returned a $360 Hailwood dress to this store for repair as it had a tear in the fabric after one wear. Adrian @ Hailwood admitted that it was delicate fabric and quite a few had been returned with the same problem and offered to fix it. I then went back to pick it up on three separate occasions each time faced with an excuse of why it was still not ready. The third time I was on my way to the airport as I was moving to Perth. Then with several failed promises of him posting it to me in Perth, extremely rude emails and FIVE months later I still did not have my dress. Head office claimed they knew nothing about it but then later offered a credit for their store, despite the fact I now wanted nothing to do with their brand or live in NZ to be able to use the credit. The third call they miraculously had the dress and made my Dad drive 1 1/2 hours to pick it up and post it to me in Perth. Completely aghast that any small business in NZ would treat a customer this way especially given the current climate, if they would have just been honest about what was going on this may not have turned into the worst customer experience ever. I would not recommend buying anything from this brand.
