Went for assessment. Was very efficient. Photos etc. Problem was now Feb 2nd but repairs booked for 22nd of May

Exceptionally bad service, car was booked in for 1 week and they ended Up having it for a month as they stuffed up the ordering of parts, the first loan car had bald tires and the 2nd was not fit to be driven safely. When I picked the car up the inside was covered in dust none of the things in the boot had been put back and I still have to take it into my dealership to get diagnostics re done. Would not recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

appauling customer service, when asking for estimates on when vehicle repair would be completed or any enquiries the main recepetion lady proceeds to say that theyve booked themselves up too far in advance to give any estimate on when my vehicle would be ready! and somehow they made it seem like it was my fault for enquiring. no sense of accountability at all. didnt act like a buisness with integrity at all.Service: Painting
