I was really excited to try the Generation 3 Premium Pack based on all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.nnDespite cleaning the teats properly with dish soap and Haakaa’s silicone cleaning brush after every use, the teats constantly got blocked. I even tried turning them inside out to clean the vents, but the blockages persisted, causing huge stress for my baby. She even developed blisters because she couldn’t get any milk out. On top of that, milk leaks from the rims of the bottles from time to time, making an even bigger mess. The bottles, instead of being anti-colic, have made my baby even more colicky, as she was frustrated and upset due to the feeding issues.nnWhen I reached out to customer service, their response was disappointing. I was told to clean the bottles properly and sent a video showing how the pump works, which wasn’t helpful at all since I already have experience with suction pumps and know the techniques. The pump itself didn’t stick to my skin as it should, and I found the bottles too hard to squeeze to create enough suction. I’ve used other suction pumps before with much better results. In the end, I had to buy new bottles and a suction pump from a different brand because the customer service was unhelpful and repetitive, offering no real solutions.nnAs a new parent, the last thing you want to deal with while your baby is hungry is dysfunctional bottles. It's honestly surprising that this product has such a high rating, probably because parents who have had similar issues like mine are too exhausted to leave a review. I did try to leave a review just for the products mentioned above on Haakaa’s website but it’s not showing up- no wonder why the reviews are so positive because it’s been censored. I wanted to take the time to share my experience, so others don't have to go through the same frustrating ordeal.
