Went there to get my 9kg gas bottle filled. The attendant abruptly asked me to move my Campervan to a position that would block the first lane of fuel pumps to allow other customers to park in the parking area on the side. When I respectfully tried to query this he became abusive and angry. So I took my business elsewhere. After reading other reviews of a similar nature I suggest the owners review their staffing......This is not the way to treat customers
Just asked for a Gas bottle, younger slick guy in there glanced at the bottle told me it was expired, it wasnt, i was reassured by mitre10 just up the road and proceded to have a minor tantrum as i picked it up to put it in the boot like it was some major danger, idiot with bad customer service!!
Indian guy at the register was extremely rude, might be getting paid to argue with people instead of helping them.
Regular visitor for years, generally spend $150 every 7-10 days, and I will not be coming here any more. One staff member has no customer service skills whatsoever, he mumbles, rarely smiles, and generally unresponsive. I will be making a formal complaint.
Horrible staff, place feels like it should just close down or just be self service with no staff.
