Staff are just present. She said hi and I had to do all the conversation. Being the only gas station in over 10minutes you’d hope for some better service but nothing in particular bad, just not good.
Review for Gull EdgecumbenI usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this. I believe staff at this Gull station need some training on how to talk and respond to customers. A simple “thanks” or “have a good night” makes a big difference.nAs a preschool teacher, I know how important kindness and basic manners are, no matter someone’s nationality or religion. Everyone deserves respect, and responding to a greeting is the least we can do for each other.nThe Manager I hope you take this feedback in a positive way and work on it. I’ve already spoken with about 10 other people who feel the same but don’t have time to leave a review, so I’m writing this on behalf of them too.nPlease see this as constructive feedback, because I truly believe things can improve here. A little politeness goes a long way.

Staff are amazing soooo friendly and helpful
Such Friendly and helpful Maori employee that made me feel so comfortable. As I was only visiting the area. Didn't know how, or if they filled gas bottle and the rules on times of filling. He made me feel so at ease. Lovely experience when this Man is around. Will always look out for him.
