Fiona is an ACC registered Physiotherapist. She trained at AUT in Auckland, graduating in 2002. Fiona has spent the last 14 years working in various private practice settings in Auckland.
More recently, Fiona has completed a Pilates course, and is also a qualified Pilates Instructor. Though her Pilates training, Fiona brings particular focus to the importance of core strengthening in all her rehabilitation programs.
Fiona has also worked with many sports teams, including Rugby Union, Rugby League, Gymnastics, and Aerobics (Gymsports).
