I took my 8 year old daughter and her best friend on Saturday as they love dogs but don’t own any. So we assumed it would be the type of place where there would be dogs running around and owners would let the kids stroke their dog. Unfortunately it wasn’t like that at all and so we left feeling a little deflated. It was just like any other cafe. The food was nice though.
Extremely poor organisation. Consistently messing bookings and expecting the customer to pay for their mistakes. The groomers are friendly but the shop tries to charge you for additional fees wherever they can. Would recommend to go elsewhere
I have been using Love My Human’s grooming services for the past 4 years. My cavapoochon dog would always come out looking fresh and gorgeous. What’s more important she would feel safe there and the groomers would attend to all her needs. I would also like to mention the lovely groomer Diana, who topped all our expectation. My dog often has matts that are impossible to de-tangle, yet Diana managed to brush them all out without the need to shave the dog close to skin. Would definitely recommend the place!
I’ve been using LMH for 4 years now as a loving cavalier owner! I’m also the admin of Cavaliers of London and have collaborated with Jenny, the owner and my dear friend, for a couple of years with wonderful success. They make you feel more like family than clientele. If you are clear with your instructions on grooming, they are meticulous at incorporating your preferences. I always double check that they’ve got the right card yes they keep a card of your dog’s needs and usual cut attention to detail!!! and if I have any changes I make sure to tell them on the day. Haven’t had a surprise yet. Grooming day is the best day of the month, fresh cuddles! From one particular dog mom to another, you can trust the team at LMH
Our go to place for grooming in London, I couldn’t rave nor recommend them enough I love that the dogs get to play together while being groomed. The shop is full of great products and I end up spending loads every time. The staff is friendly, advises us perfectly Do your dog a favour and go there! Even our dog agrees…
I have been taking my Goldendoodle to Love My Human for several years and can highly recommend them. My dog gets very excited as soon as she realises we’re going there, and can’t wait to get through the door. The staff are all incredibly friendly and professional, and the quality of the grooming is excellent. They also offer useful extra services such as sonic toothbrushing, and fun but functional ones such as blueberry facials! Our dog always comes back happy, fragrant and beautifully presented. Great service .
These people really love dogs- fully trust them with our dog for his groom. Beautiful shop too!
Returning customer. Absolutely love this place. Great food and service, nice environment to relax and my dog was fussed over and had some lovely food too.
I can't recommend Love My Human enough. It was one of the best grooms my Yorkshire Terrier has had. The grooming space downstairs is absolutely lovely, with loads of space and even an outdoor area for the dogs to go. It is more like a human spa than a dog spa :- The groomer asked lots of questions and was really interested wanted to know what I wanted in regards the groom, even asked if I had a photo of what I'd like. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Great pet store in London! Very kind owner... I can tell they are very passionate people about dogs! Lovely place!
