We are an artisan cheese company based in Whangarei. We handmake our cheese on the day of milking from certified organic cows' milk as well as sustainably farmed goats' milk.
We use sustainably-farmed goats milk as well as top quality local certified organic cows' milk which is usually in our vat within an hour of leaving the cow!
Each batch of our cheese is made from the milk of a single herd to provide absolute trace-ability.
You can buy our cheese at the Whangarei Growers' Market on Saturday mornings from 6.30am to 10.00am, Paihia market on the Village Green on Thursdays from 1pm to 5pm, The Old Packhouse Market in Kerikeri from 8.00am - 1.30pm on Saturdays and at the Bay of Islands Farmers Market in Kerikeri on Sundays from 8.30am - 12pm. We'd love to see you!
You can also visit our artisan cheese factory on Port Road. We are in the same building as The Baker's Crust. Come through the bakery into our viewing room and you might just catch some cheese making action.
