The staff were helpful and explained the process clearly and their workmanship was fantastic.  We took our van and trailer in for a warrant and although the van required some work they were able to have it ready by the end of the day.  Their work report and  recommendations was great.  Their prices were competitive  and this is the second time we have used them and will use them again. Absolutely recommend.

First time going here and the service was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't believe my car was done and ready for me the same day. Usually I have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for my car to be seen too and picked up. The WOF check paper was detailed and I could actually read what was on there. No wonder they have a lot of customers. Their service is top notch. I will definitely be going back there and I will be telling my friends and family about them too. Thank you Grimmer Motor.

Really appreciative of the fast, friendly and informative service provided by the team at Grimmer Motors. The check engine light came on and the investigation and repair was promptly booked, attended to and fixed the next day, allowing me to travel back to Wellington a few days later as planned without reorganising our trip and taking the stress and worry away. Chris was our mechanic and he was very helpful in explaining the issues, causes and fixes in simple terms. Highly recommend. Staff are professional and their quotes were more competitive than others. They also washed and vacuumed my car and were able to get a considerable amount of work done quickly. Very happy with my experience, thanks everyone

A.k.a  FHA820 Thought by some to be expensive. Perhaps - but they are thorough. Been a customer since 1983 when Terry was Manager. Just a hop skip and jump from home so ... convenient and haven't had any reason to look elsewhere. Friendly informative service  at all times.

Great service, friendly frontline staff especially to Corey who was very courteous and thoughtful. Got my break pads replaced and new rotors and passed my warrant. Also they offered courtesy car which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Will use again for any future repairs as they provide great customer service and look after their customers. Fantastic service for a pre-purchase inspection. Thorough and communicated everything very clearly. Even had a phone chat which was super helpful, ended up buying the vehicle. Honest and great stuff! Love it!

Very nice place and incredible workers. I went there because a strange problem happened in my van. They were the third car service I have gone. They found directly the problem.
