Story

Greytown Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy locally owned and operated by Tony and Michelle Allen. Michelle is the pharmacist while Tony helps with the administrative work behind the scene. In the dispensary Michelle has a qualified technician Stacey Olszewski, and nearly qualified Anita Hooper helping her. The retail side is managed by Robyn Tate who has Leanne (Pickles) Percy helping her. All staff endeavour to provide an efficient and reliable dispensary service and also help with any number of over the counter enquires. If you cannot see something please ask staff for their professional advice and service to help solve your problem.

Very friendly, and helpful staff. Brilliant service
Exceptionally friendly staff. Lot's of gift option's. Has everything you need from vitamins to gifts. Extremely tidy and everything is clearly marked fully stocked. First time visit I was absolutely impressed especially the staff so accommodating and so very friendly. Loved it.
Friendly, informative staff. Good range of boutique gifts, regular sales, makeup, reading glasses, free gift wrapping, medicines for all body aches and pains, cold and flu remedies. Prescriptions are dispensed with a text notification. Little shop. Max 3-4 customers. Scan in. Wear and buy masks.
Always excellent & friendly service and so handy to have them on the high street!

It is a very good Pharmacy has been on re- Stricked access but moving to L2 now will open it up more to the public
I was served by the retail manager. Very average experience to be honest. Poor customer service by a "manager" This isnt the first time either. Everytime I have been to the pharmacy I have had the same experience from the same person. Think I will be going to Carterton to fill my prescriptions from now on.
Great place to pick up your prescriptions and has some good gift options.
Very disappointed in customer support and service, I expected at least a little bit of compassion this has been over a number of occasions!.
