Great service from this company, goes beyond the average courier, and never a problem.nGreat staff, friendly as, nothing is a problem, plus 6 days a weeknn
Have things changed?nIt appears you have some great reviews, however I don't. 1 of your drivers was tasked to deliver a parcel on a Saturday 14 kilometers away from Reefton containing medication vital for this person given what they were going through, it not only did not turn up, but was delivered two days later at 6.45 in the morning, choosing not to follow instructions on courier package instead taking matters into there on hands and changing location of drop off. Why would you do any of that? I'd like an explanation and an official apology.
Was brilliant was able to do grocery shopping as normal arrived in perfect order early and made life for me a whole lot more simple so stoked because I can't drive at the moment and it was completely stress free
