We have ordered our family room sofas, side tables and coffee table and we couldn’t be happier. While at the store we received great balance of freedom to browse and attentive service. Deliver information was spot on and items were received well from lovely courteous team. Overall we really enjoyed our experience with Greenslades.
Absolutely exceptional customer service every time. Everyone at Greenslades is always so friendly warm and knowledgeable. They have the most unique, high quality pieces of furniture and decor that have made wonderful additions to our house. In regards to the delivery; communication was fantastic, it was easy and arrived promptly even with our difficult driveway! I would highly recommend Greenslades Furniture who is run by the kindest family in Tauranga and who will go above and beyond for you every time.
We were more than happy with our Symphony style couches. They just look stunning, have lightened the room and because they can go back against the wall the room now looks much bigger. Service at Greenslade Furniture Co was top notch in every way. Friendly efficient staff. We will definitely return when we replace our family room furniture. If you want something in fabric of your choice, modern or more classic in style this is the shop. We live near Auckland and had delivery from the Tauranga store. The fact they were NZ made is great. Support local industry! Many thanks.

With 50 years of personal furniture buying, I can honestly say that buying my new lounge suite from Greenslades was without doubt the best furniture buying experience in my life. Friendly, knowledgeable people. Even when I picked it up, the staff were wonderful. Two of their men loaded it up, secured it, chatted in the friendliest way. Overall, a great firm to deal with

The sofa we bought was absolutely beautiful and the customer service is phenomenal, it is juts great! Everyone is very helpful and kind! Unfortunately the back pillows were not the right size by the manufacturer when we received it but they did their very best to fix the problem in a very professional way. It is a wonderful shop!
As always, outstanding service. Professional, warm and welcoming, knowledgeable. Kerry and Andy constantly go above and beyond your stand service. Kerry carried out a side table to the car and Andy personally delivered my recliner, carried it up the stairs and put the chair together for me. Honestly, where can get service like that? Thanks team Greenslade’s, I will be back. Highly recommend.
Beautiful product, prompt service. Delivery was easy and prompt also. Would definitely buy again.
We ordered a table online. The team were great to deal with via email and phone and the table got to the lower South Island within the time-frame they suggested. Freight was surprisingly reasonable. Very happy with the quality of the table
