Easy to deal with staff. Was quick and easy to purchase my new truck and I left feeling like I got a good truck at a reasonable price from a honest businessman. Thankyou, loving my new vehicle
On the 28th of May I had a Warrent check here as was advised by my boss that this was a good service. An older gentleman did the check and a few things failed. Upon completion he handed me the sheet told me what was wrong, I was attempting to ask him for a quote for repairs when he walked away from me muttering it had high milage. The receptionist was lovely and attempted the quote herself but was struggling so I said I would source the parts. Today I went to get the muffler welded by another service and asked if the parts were correct for the job. He showed me that my car was ok and didn't need these parts for the Warrent. I am bewildered why did this occur and why did the gentleman at Greenfield Motors treat me like that? I will never return and hope this person realizes that service is key to strong positive relationships with customers.
Was lied too and owner was rude and obnoxious. Overcharges for cars. Make sure you head to Christchurch if you need any of the services here. You'll get a much better deal.

Practically looked at a car all by myself as salesperson didn't come out at all. He knew I was there . Had to walk into office area to see about a test drive .
They really took care of me. Listened to what I was looking for and found me a couple of cars to try. Let me test drive them over night and the car purchase was hassle free. Great service
Brake pads got worn down on roadie. Called up and the lady fit us in even though they were busy 10/10
