Got the soft sided skip bag as sadly had to come back from the UK to do a house clearance on my parent’s property. Communication was top-notch from start to finish and the skip bag arrived quickly in the post and so easy to set up. My husband was amazed at how much we chucked in it and it still seemed to expand to fit more in. Collection was so efficient and Tom who came to pick up from us in Windsor Park, Auckland was a HUGE credit to Green Gorilla. A really lovely bloke and nothing was a trouble. He should be the face of the company and he is a real credit to Green Gorilla. We do hope he gets some personal thanks
We are moving house and have used Green Gorilla bags twice. Bought the bags from Mitre 10 and when full ordered pick up online from Green Gorilla. Pick up happened next day and picked up,the full bag. Great service, hassle free.
Absolutely terrible service! After being a customer for several years I needed to cancel my service due to moving out of our home, here’s the process that their customers need to go through to sort what should be a very simple process.nn- 15/1 emailed them to request final collection of the binn- 16/1 customer service emailed back to see if we required it to be moved to a new location which I responded that we did notn- 22/1 after no response I emailed again to confirm collection date. Customer service then asked if I needed it emptied and removed which I confirmed we didn- 23/1 no response so I emailed again asking when it will be collected as we were moving out the following dayn- 29/1 no response so I called the office with no answer, left a message and received an email saying the termination is with the sales manager for sign offn- 11/2 had not heard anything and bin was still not collected, I emailed again asking when this would be done. Customer service told me termination couldn’t be done until I was off stop credit, I asked what the stop credit was for as I had not received any invoices. Once customer service confirmed that it was for the final month and a termination fee I paid the outstanding amount and was told they would organise collection.n- 17/2 I receive a bill for the amount I had already paid. Emailed to explain that I had paid this already, and asked if the bin has been collected yet, no response.n- 26/2 I had to make contact yet again as the bin is still not collected.nn6 weeks after first contact and 2 weeks after I was told it would be organised I am here chasing collection. How does it take this long? Why am I, the customer, expected to chase you?nnThe worst part is I have been dealing with the same customer service rep, Rosemary, the whole time and not once have I received an apology, or even acknowledgement for how poor her service has been. Today she was short and rude, like I had inconvenienced her for chasing up on this again.nnDo not recommend using this business, find a company who will provide you with service from start to finish.
I recently ordered a 9M skip bin and I’m really happy with the service. After comparing prices online, these guys were by far the most affordable, saving me $100-$200. Delivery and pick-up were seamless, and a special thanks to the driver for carefully placing the bin in my driveway, leaving plenty of room to park my car. Great service all around—thank you!
