Finally! Found the best curry in town. These guys make amazing dishes that are very generous with the meat and have thick rich gravy that hasn't been watered down. It's so unfortunate every curry place I've gotten attached to has started thinning out the gravy and adding less and less meat. You won't be disappointed here and prices are very fair!

Not only a delicious Indian meal, but fantastic service from Bikalp the manager when I wanted to pay in advance for a meal for my family. Really appreciate the effort he went to to make it a special time for my family. We eat a lot of Indian food, and Great Spice has some of the best flavours we have come across.Food: 5/5
This restaurant is my absolute favourite. A must go for tandoori items and curries. Murgh kalimirch kebab and chicken tikka is a must try when you visit. Staff are welcoming and always serve best quality indian food with a smile.

Having good and authentic Indian food abroad is rare, however, this Restaurant do serve you authentic Indian food specially North Indian food. Outstanding service and kind serving process. Well, not much to say apart from amazing, fandabadozy. Been from UK we are used to authentic food and honestly you won’t get any better in NZ and we’ve been around all of it. Eat in or take out you won’t be disappointed. Des and Kim love your food
One the the best Indian I ever had in New Zealand a must visit restaurant in Tauranga very extensive menu with all dishes are authentic flavor and lovely and welcoming service. Ambience is extremely good. Soft Indian music is played in the background. A lot of combos are available to choose from which is comparatively cheap. Take away is available which is an even cheaper option. Its a bar attached restaurant next to a countdown. Restaurant manager and other staff are friendly. Try butter chicken with naan or a smoked chicken biriyani.
