Consistently bad service, and more to the point, rudeness is standard from Harriet who works here. Between wedding invitations that were nearly late, to the recent ignoring of my disabled father, this place is deeply substandard.

May have minor issues sometimes responding to none account customer emails, but color prints on standard 100gsm stock sofar are good and unit costs are reasonable too.

I just had 2 sets of product brochures done with Kallkwik and they are brilliant! The design was exactly what I wanted. The printing was very professional. I have had a great response from my customers. Will be back for a repeat order soon. Thank you

Great staff who go out of their way to help you achieve high end results. I've done some very complex jobs with them and nothing has ever been too much of a problem and they seem to relish new challenges and working across different media.

My experience at Kall Kwik Chelsea has filled me with such Rage that I cannot even look near that side of the road now when going up the kings rd. They have the worst customer service of any place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting, they make you wait and wait and wait, even for simple jobs it takes a long time to get the end result, and I just think that the over-priced and unfriendly place should be avoided at all costs.

Excellent service, staff went above and beyond.
