Story

Grant is a guy who understands exacting standards. Prior to his career in real-estate he was an Executive Chef onboard superyachts for celebrities and billionaires. However, not being a billionaire himself, he’s also an incredibly down-to-earth family man who knows what’s important to those who don’t require a private marina in their back yard!

In short, what Grant delivers with EVES, is an enjoyable buying or selling experience built first and foremost on what you need and backed up with a quality of service learned through a successful career in the high-end hospitality industry.

“When you’re dealing with people like that, there’s two things you need to be – a great listener and highly trustworthy,” says Grant. “Because not only is privacy important to them, but they also have very exacting standards and tastes. And if you can’t deliver those, you’ll never last in that business.”

“So when people ask me why they should work with me buying and selling properties, that’s the answer – a level of trust that you can rely on and the ability to listen to your needs and translate them into ways of achieving your dreams.”

When he’s not making real estate dreams into reality, he can be found with his wife and two young boys at local parks near the family home in Matua and on bike tracks all around the Bay of Plenty.
