Was been here for 3,4 times . It is the best staycation place for Aucklander. 2 hrs road trip . Beautiful view . Quality accommodation, supreme service. Surely will be back here.
Great place to stay. Deluxe rooms spacious. Clean and perfect presented. Set in native bush Grounds with lots bird life. Restaurant best in area with superb food only downside is service bit vague due to new staff or training. We were greeted and allocated table but then waited 20 minutes for ordering.
Only went to the restaurant not the resort. The food was very good but the service was very slow. The manager was very understanding when we explained our concerns and apologies, explaining that they were under staffed for a holiday evening.
Treated like a valued customer. Staff extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Awesome restaurant and bar. Chalet cleaned daily, very pretty up among the trees.
