Waste of time. Always running behind atleast an hour and no courtesy call to advise of this i had driven half an hour there and could not wait an hour as I have to work and had a meeting.
Very nice and friendly staff. Clean premises, drs are easy to talk to
I started with my back problem 3-19 of this year. Not really know what the issue is I decided to go to a chiropractor. I've never been so, I went purely with the reviews which this is really the only place with consistent reviews. Boy am I super happy I went with Dr. Grace I didn't think my back would ever come around, but Dr. Grace held steady is always reassuring, he was right! I am better now, I've learned alot. Everyone there is just great. Thank you
Simon MacLean seen me for wrist pain. He had me get an MRI & didn't take long to find the issue causing me pain. I needed an arthroscopy and ulnar shortening procedure. I booked this in with Simon & he did an amazing job! I am now over 6 months post-surgery & my wrist feels much better than it did before the surgery. I would highly recommend Simon as your surgeon and can't thank him enough for the help he has given me! It was a scary journey for me, but I am so glad I listened to Simons advice and had him look after me. Thanks so much Simon!
Ian Galley - fantastic. Receptionist - hopeless. Completely unaware and away with the fairies. Had me mixed up with the wrong person on multiple occasions even though I have checked in. Waited upwards of 45 minutes before realising the receptionist had mucked up. Patients should not have to remind the receptionist twice that they are here.
