I was mistakenly charged around 200NZD. When I noticed the mistake and contacted them, the receptionist treated me very poorly.nOn top of that, their response was extremely slow despite it being their error.nThey were rude to me from start to finish. That said, I appreciate the doctors and the medical staff who treated me kindly.
They are horrifically slow , e.d needs too be faster , every experience with this hospital has been very slow or poor outcomes .Seeing nurses sitting around for long periods of time ,talking and eating and making jokes between one another . No wonder small issues become more severe because of there time management.
The best hospital experience I've had so far. Whether it was the receptionist, nurse or doctor. Everyone was extremely friendly and understanding. I felt very comfortable, my problem, although it seemed small at first, was taken seriously and all my questions were answered. I can only think of one thing to say about the negative comments: always remember to treat people the way you would like to be treated. Don't take everything for granted.nnSpecial thanks to the lovely staff!
Smells like fish and my nasal surgey is scheduled 2 weeks from now.
I went to Gore hospital today and was blown away by the fast efficient wonderful care I received. I was not a local just someone traveling thru with a condition that needed checking on advice from my own dr from my hometown .nThe staff were all very friendly and very happy in their work.nSmiles everywhere you looked .nThey all seemed very happy in their work which was great to see.nWhat a credit this hospital is to the community , 10/10 keep up your fantastic work team Gore
