Have only used the ED but both times been treated with utmost respect and care such a lovely team. First was a life changing diabetes diagnosis that had him being sent to Invercargill hospital straight away. Second being turn away from local gp for an ongoing issue causing decent pain. Felt silly having to use ED but the lovely American doctor gave good alternative treatment and a prescription in case for antibiotics.
Couldn’t fault the treatment. Both Doctor and nurse were wonderful when I went last night.
Very unprofessional, especially doctor Kennedy even throwing chairs, couldn't believe it horrible!!! Seems like doctors been taken of the street that's how bad!
Absolutely rude nurses in ED especially Cathy. There’s been more than one incident where we have been treated very rudely it is definitely not on, I recommend other hospitals incase of emergency.
Good Reliable Doctors practice myself and my family have used for years.
