the pearl milk tea is my guilty pleasure. it is so amazing, the staff are so polite and friendly and my drinks are made quick and fresh. the loyalty cards are worthwhile for free drinks and upsides etc with multiple purchases.
probably the prettiest bubble tea shop in my opinion. I just have a habit of picking the weirdest flavours.

Amazing peach milk tea with bubbles and 0% sugar. Dirty tea is recommended also.
Go to gong cha across the road daily for my partner and myself. Ordered my usual drink and they were sold out so I ordered the peach iced tea which I use to always get. One sip and I swallowed something hard. I went back and asked for my drink to be remade or replaced, I was told that the hard stuff was just the pulp which never have I ever had this experience. The boss refused to replace or remake my drink because apparently hard things in the drink are meant to be there and it’s my own fault for ordering the drink. Over $75 a week and they won’t remake one drink, great sense of community from a fellow Riccarton hospo place
My favorite brand of milktea when it comes to visiting to Christchurch.
I have been to every single gongcha in New Zealand from Auckland down to Queenstown… BUT the Christchurch gongcha is by far the most outstanding and delicious. I walked in today to see a long line but I thought I would be waiting for a long time, but unexpectedly, I got to the front so quick! The staffs are good at their job, very efficient and was very friendly. The staffs making the drink were very fast too! I got my drink not even 3 minutes wait this was when the store was busy!!! WOW . The staff are all male when I came through and all so good looking haha!
Just WOW. This place is way better than the near one in the mall. Cheaper, more choice, tastier, better equipped, welcoming. You recognize a good place when full of people and, boy... Never seen so many people queueing in a bubble tea place in Christchurch..!! Plenty of choice of tea and very tasty, 13 types of topping, staff is welcoming and patient to explain you how it works. They even have paper bags for takeaways!! They can have all my money from now on. Definitely recommend!! 1 suggestion. When an order is ready, it would be wise to display the order No. on one of the monitors, so that customers can see it even if they don't hear they are calling for their No.

I've been a customer since it opened. Never been disappointed. Friendly staff & delicious drinks Always delicious I tried the new Matcha w mango peals today, recommended by the boss and the classic favourite Taro w pearls for my hubby
