Great service and price. Picked up our order and they helped us load onto our trailer and tie it down. Awesome.
We went to settle a purchase for shed at Goldpine Masterton and were extremely disappointed. First visit we asked about price. Was told they would contact us with the quote. They never did. Second visit. Drove in to the yard. Waited 10 minutes while ALL the staff were having smoko. Was told they could do it at the advertised price. Third visit. Went in to pay for the shed. They wanted to charge us $450 for delivery on a $12,500 shed. Was told to get a trailer and take it if we didn't want to pay delivery. WE ARE PENSIONERS!! Really!!! How could we do that? The Manager sat and ignored the whole conversation without even offering an explanation.nPoor service. Don't care about their customers. We have spent a lot of money there and won't be spending any more. We will be telling all our farming neighbour's about our experience.
New to rural living and the staff here have been amazing! They’ve given me advice, shown me how to do things I was struggling with and Have never made me feel stupid for asking newbie questions. Great prices, and a free trailer to use. Gold!!
We visited Goldpine Masterton after most of a day trying to find a supplier of farm fencing netting to keep the sheep off our newly profiled house building site.nWe visited Goldpine after the trade desk at Mitre 10 couldnt help us but recommended Goldpine. We drove in and immediately saw a section in the yard that looked promising.nWent into the office and was greeted by Tessa and she showed us everything we needed and helped us load the car.nThe whole day suddenly improved from our disappointing start at Farmlands where I am a cardholder but could not get help.nI will be back to see what other help I can get.
We needed timber and materials for the job and they supplied what we needed. Great
