Welcome to the Golden View Lifestyle Village in Cromwell, Central Otago.

Our vision is to create a safe, secure environment with the freedom to relax and enjoy your ‘Age of Leisure’. We aim to take the stress out of your retirement and add in a whole lot of fun.

The Village will provide you with the opportunity to spend your time quietly in the safe, secure and attractive environment with companionship never far away or you have the freedom to come and go as you please to be active in the Village and community.

Golden View Lifestyle Village is in an ideal location, close to the Supermarket, Medical Services, Cafes and shops with a pathway giving you direct access to these services.

The Village will consist of 94 stand alone Villas built in five stages centered around the Golden View Lodge which will be the hub of the village.

Wonderfull place for senior, well looked after, from lovely office ladies. Great attivies planed for for village residents.

This is a really good facility. It is purpose built and the team that run the place are awesome. I work here as a tech guy providing support for the team and the residents. I know nothing about lifestyle villages, but i know happy clients.....:
Lovely well laid out Village. Lacks a well managed community driven active Club that markets itself well to the residents.... Yes it does. Have one..but not well fratenized.... Location close to shops and needed amenities is excellant...
A lovely laid out retirement estate. My own parents have moved into their new villa. Let's see just how the body corporate operates..maintains and delivers its promised services and facilities over these next few years.. But the pool.. restaurant.. physio facilities look good...

Fabulous facilities - wonderful pool for villagers to use...
What a pack of pretentious would be if they could bees running the place and the people living there were just about as pretentious. My dad and I couldn't get out of the place fast enough. Not for us common people.
