Amazing customer service definitely recommend this store the workers make you feel welcome especially the two blokes Danny and Brent very helpful and always down to help customers out. Very happy with the vacuum they helped recommend and it works great.

Will absolutely never go back. Ordered 2 vacs and was told i would have them in a week. Week went by and they told me another week. Tried to call..... no answer. Waited another week and tried to call. Still no answer so i went down and demanded my money back. Waste of time. If i wanted to wait weeks for a vacuum id order off ebay.
Absolutley appalling service paid for a product promised a week delivery it didnt show up so promised another week it still didnt show up and not answering calls I'm going down to get money back. Would never shop here again or recommend to anyone.
Absolutely appalling service! Ordered a vacuum cleaner and was told will be there next week! Rang up after not hearing from them and was told it will be there either Monday or Tuesday, heard nothing do rang up finally got through after the 10th time, and then got told another week... and then another week and still no vaccuum cleaner!
The new owners are fantastic great customer service.
What we ordered is over a week late and they either don’t answer the phone or reject the call, don’t pay for anything without the product up front or better yet avoid this awful place.
