This company is super shady. Dealing with them is basically just sitting on hold forever. Please read your contract as there are some hidden fees. Just avoid this company. All the low reviews are correct not to mention the ones they delete
By far the worst finance company in NZ. No custome services skills, half the time you can't even understand them, massive interest rates, GPS tracking costs and monthly fees? They just try and rip you off plus you can only choose a car from a list they give you. DO NOT APPLY WITH THIS COMPANY!!
2 years ago, i gave 5 stars to get free movie tickets lie review and this is my actual review. They always say “we understand” when you are telling them your situations they don’t understand and always they say “unfortunately”. I have known some people who is with this finance and they all say same things. This company need to know HOW TO DEAL WITH RIGHT CAR DEALER SHOP. I gave them some feedback about the car dealer shop and some loan manager and even the SUPERVISOR of this place say to me i am blame them what a funny people.
Pick up your phones. This is ridiculous. Totally not a good company. Quick to sell you a car. But ain't available to speak to on things that need clarification from. FRUSTRATING!!!
Wait times are atrocious. *40 minutes* I gave up. I don’t want to request for a call-back either because it catches you off guard when you’re out and about. #Kefe
This finance company blew me by surprise, such a smooth and easy process, the team was friendly and helpful in regards to the concerns that I had. They have a awsome app that you can use to keep track of your payments and insurance coverage etc.. love it
Total rip off company ripping off low income family's, recommend going no where near this go car company, customer service is a 0 very poor,also the wait times are ridiculous, I'd call go car finance "daytime robbers robbing off the poor to line Thier own pockets"disgusting fees above the roof.Zero
And there it goes again, threatening customers for payments, you guys are sick!!! Absolutely useless, 30 percent interest, always threatening their customers! They charge you double interest, for arrears payments. Then they threaten to switch off your vehicle! They don’t support there customers!
Ignore the other bought reviews this is the one you need to read. Awful company. Takes at least 3 attempts to get through to anyone on the phone. Awful loan shark rates and ridiculous rude company attitude. It took a week to get a registration renewed which they were to provide as part of their package. Getting a service or WOF is even more of a struggle. Refinancing is a pain. You get told one thing and then some other hoop to jump through is given once you are near completion. This will happen every time you have to deal with them. Their rates are atrocious and the interest they charge along with the overpriced cars their dealers sell is straight up loan shark behavior. It will not be surprising to pay over FIVE times the price of a car when finished Seriously stay away, save your money, buy a runaround instead. Because walking 30km in the rain everyday is better than having to deal with go car finance.
Honestly, do not go with this company!! Steer far, far away from this company as you can. Every single call I have had with this company, the staff are rude, not helpful and have disrespectful attitudes! It’s like talking to a teenager that has backchat rather than a professional. They don’t listen to what you are saying. I find myself having to repeat myself on a weekly basis because they haven’t communicated properly within their team with things I have called them about previously. It feels I am Constantly on hold and repeating myself within their team.
