My coffee was served fast and was lovely. I ordered a trim flat white, along with a slice of peach/passionfruit cheesecake. The cheesecake wasn't as nice. It was a bit rubbery and had little flavour and barely a smudge of a topping. Parking: Mall is surrounded by car parks, as well as good numbers of disability parks Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of open areas allowing wheelchairs good access to all areas of this mall.
Oooooo we really like this place especially if you're hungry and don't want to over eat, there are really awesome options here and the staff is awesome, friendly and polite and you gotta try their quiches and ice tea
Got coffee this morning at Gloria Jeans, just a small latte with an extra shot. I drank it, and contemplated taking it back as I felt bad, but after realising that a $5.60 small coffee that tastes like hot milk, was a joke, I took it back. The ladies made another, which I was grateful for - Although, it was worse and I just decided to return it for a refund. At first they were denying to refund, saying they've already used 4 shots of coffee, but just ended up giving me a handful of 50cent coins to be petty. Overall, this place has definitely dropped its standards and the coffee is appalling. It was not even a busy morning, so I am unsure if they were rushing my coffee, or just need better training on how to make it correctly. Would not recommend.
Maya, Krs and I had latte and coffee, with me also having a slice of black forest cake. Great beverages, they have but the cake was too dry, thus a bit hardened. I love the place though.Food: 3/5

Nice place but wait time was too long. Been on my feet this morning and felt disappointed that I was being served last, despite waiting in the queue like a normal person should. Lost a star from my rating because of this
Hot choc was nice, husband's coffee was ok. Price wise it's on the pricier side but came out quick and hot. Lady looked understaffed and was quite busy so hats off to her.

I purchased the lemon & cream cheese cake & asked the asian guy behind the counter if it was dense he looked at me very puzzled & said that it had a lot of cream cheese, I asked him what the topping & glaze was, he replied it was jam, he had no idea & was very clueless about the baked good he was selling in the glass case, got home only to discover that there was no cream cheese in this cake at all, it was very dry & it wasnt dense at all! $5.50 was an absolute RIP OFF!! I will never return back to this place again! The staff all looked tired, uniforms were very scruffy & the decor is very out dated!! Wish there was no stars as this place isnt even worth the rating!
