Small inside but quaint and cozy. Lovely staff who are very helpful. I came here to print some items and they were more than happy to assist me. Fast and efficient.
Wanted to shine a light on Belinda and her amazing service! We were the last group in to see a JP on a Saturday and she was so kind, quickly helping us sort documents. She even went as far as bringing the eftpos machine up to our seat so that we wouldn’t lose our place in line! Thank you so much Belinda, we’ll be back again to say hi!
I like that the library is clean and there are various programs for children.
Great little library. It's school holidays but surprisingly it wasn't too chaotic in there. Very helpful and obliging staff. Will definitely be back. Didn't check the book selection but being a small library I'm not sure that they'd have much of a selection. WiFi was pretty quick for a public place. No lag as I was uploading and downloading files. So all in all i give it 2 thumbs up.
I rushed in to have a document certified by a J.P. Unfortunately, I was just too late, but I felt so comforted by the concern of two of the librarians, that it almost did not matter to me. They were so kind to me.nnOne of the librarians followed up this great service by consulting a table, and telling me when and where the J.P.'s are rostered next week to help me further.nnI couldn't help thinking, as I left, that if THIS level of excellence is so freely given for J.P. services in the library, how superb their library services must be!!! I almost wished I were back at school having to research projects! Wow! The staff are definitely terrific assets to our HCC!nYes, I'll be back!
