This sign is still there so as far as I know, freedom camping is permitted in the lot. However there were no other campers there when I stayed and the surrounding area didn't feel very comfy, borderline unsafe maybe.

Good, clean toilet and wheel chair access with tap outside for campers. Provides dump station and freedom camping for mobile homes.

It was all good electric  only allowed 10 min

Yes good.toilet. And one of the best dump stations for motorhomes coming from Dunedin SH1

This toilet is much the same as the other exeloo toilets around town except unlike the one located on Don't st, this one is 24/7
