We had an amazing stay at Glendhu Station. The homestead is a beautiful rustic country house, very spacious and comfortable with stunning views. Mountain biking, skiing & swimming on the lake, walks in the country there is so much to do!
Stunning venue. Breathtaking lake views from outside wedding area. Large barn with bathroom facilities for reception and good parking. Stunning homestead that is available for rent and allows bridle parties to freshen up and have use of for entire weekend. However, there appears to be no wheel chair ramp access either into,and around the woodshed,except out to the bathroom area.
John and Emily have made the most beautiful wedding venue. We loved the history here, the jaw dropping views, well set up and laid out woolshed and access to the farm for breathtaking scenery for our photos. The three day hire was perfect for us, John was on hand to help with anything we needed and made set up and pack down easy.nnWe stayed on site in the homestead which made everything so seemless and easy on the day too. We absoloutely loved how people could simply walk from the ceremony to the reception area, our day flowed so easily and I truly think this was because of how well thought out the venue was. John and Emily have thought of just about everything for Glendhu Station, so many lovely personal touches and details we really appreciated.nnWe couldn't reccomend this venue enough for locals and people travelling from out of town it was simply incredible.
Amazing venue, the views from the ceremony area are incredible and the whole space is laid out so well for a wedding with different ares for the ceremony, canape mingling, dinner and dancing. John was such a great guy to work with and its inspiring to see what hes achieved on the property. Highly recommend
Absolutely stunning venue and even better than that John is so fantastic and caring. Could not have asked for more, nothing was too much and the venue can be set up so many different ways. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about Glendhu as a venue for a wedding or any other event
