Story

Glendhu Bay Motor Camp is camping at its best taking you back to the old kiwi way! Complete lakeside location with uninterrupted views what more could you ask for. Make the extra 11km drive from Wanaka, its worth it.
We have 420 sites, powered and tent, rustic cabins and a 3 bedroom house.
Our facilities are due for an upgrade over the next couple of years but are still perfectly pleasant and practical.
We have a BBQ, laundry, WiFi, playground and even a shop open during the busy season (20th Dec - end of Feb).
Our friendly staff are on hand to help wherever and whenever needed so please don't hesitate to ask.

This is a great camping ground well run and very professional. Staff good, grounds well looked after and set out. A little on the expensive side but the location is pretty special
Always love staying here,just far enough out of Wanaka to feel like a completely different place. The administration is not always up to speed,but it all works out in the end.
Clean and tidy family campground. Good facilities, toilets clean, didn't use showers!! Safe and friendly, was very busy but good atmosphere . Would be great to see better recycling facilities and compost for food scraps.
Perfect campground! Lake side with great amenities and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg! Onsite Managers are lovely so if you want a good kiwi camp ground this is it!
Great place. Clean and all you need close to treble Cone if your into paragliding like me.
Great location and reasonably priced. Well maintained grounds and facilities.
