Was looking every where for a Hark Big Boss LPG smoker for Christmas and no one could get one in before early next year. Ordered one online from these guys and it was delivered with in 3 hours in believably fast and all packaged safe and easy to unload on a pellet

Old fashioned service, had quite a few back and forth emails with Amanda, she was always polite and provided all the information efficiently. Once i paid, Amanda ordered the bbq on the Monday and 2 days later for an interstate delivery it was here! Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great deal on a nice BBQ, but a very dusty and untidy shop floort. Maybe the first is due to the second though? I guess how many stars depends what matters to you.. can only say i can certainly recommend the prices!

Would not buy from BBQ R US . I paid over $2000 dollars for a BBQ four burner 2 years ago and needed spare parts provided the model and serial numbe with a photo but they don't have a system to look it up or my record of purchase. Simple zero customer service.
