This company have NO idea what customer service is - I had a very poor experience with them before Christmas - the owner is extremely difficult and unpleasant to deal with. They are EXPENSIVE and unhelpful. Avoid them if possible.
Just purchased some start off supplies for copper foiling, spoke with a nice lady who was very helpful with tips and tricks to get me started, lots of lovey glass there too!
Ordered supplies and glass and received undamaged due to impeccable packaging. Also called to request guidance and very helpful. Now main supplier.

Have been doing some community projects lately and these guys have been very supportive. Love the colour range of glass and spent a little too much on accessories! Think I may have to do one of their classes they do too!
