Story

GK Events Hire Ltd is a small family run business, generated from a love of making things and collecting eclectic items.

We initially created games and made many things for our own wedding after struggling to find items that suited our vision in Nelson. Now GK Events Hire can offer a hire list for your special day, and help you find other unique items as our hire list grows.

GK Events Hire specialises in handcrafted giant games that will keep your guests entertained for hours. Our games are perfect for weddings, children's parties, corporate/work events and social gatherings - basically any place where you would like guests to mingle and have fun. Most can be played inside or out, and all have been made with care and attention to detail.

Our extensive hire list also offers an eclectic mix of rustic, vintage furniture and styling items that will add a special touch to any event.

We pride ourselves on hiring quality goods at reasonable prices, and proving a helpful, friendly service.

GK can make/find additional things if you require more of an item we currently stock or something new - please ask.
