Came here on a recommendation. I'm really fussy about food and service. Made to feel welcome straight away. The food was fantastic! I asked a recommendation and took their advice. Absolutely great. We had soft drinks which are normally a rip off they were just normal prices. The portions are generous. The food really tasty and fresh. We loved the place. Best meal out in a long long time.
Restaurants don't get much more fun than this place. You come for the atmosphere and stay, well, for the atmosphere. Not only was the booking experience great shout out to Lisa who was incredibly attentive with my food allergies but from the moment you arrive the staff treat you like one of the family, Giuseppe is an amazing character full of life, he made a point to stop by every table to ensure a good time is being had by all! We all felt like we were part of their evening of fun. If you're looking for high class fine dining, this isn't the place, but if you're looking for a joyous evening of entertainment and dancing then you really can't go wrong. We're already excited for our next visit!
The restaurant itself was really nice and it had a great vibe, the live singer was a really good touch. The food was good however the pizza was a little undercooked but it wasn’t a massive issue I still really enjoyed it. And the staff were really friendly. I would definitely go again
Amazing find, just turn left outside London Bridge station exit and look down the first alleyway. It's only SMALL, and I mean small so a reservation is a must, but well worth it. The food is...well put it this way, the restaurant has been voted London and Eastern counties restaurant of the year for 2022, that tells you how nice it is. Not expensive either. If you want to sample a genuine piece of Italy in the heart of London without being fleeced as a visitor, Giuseppes is the one to find, but remember, book a table, I was lucky.
Lovely restaurant with traditional Italian dishes, vegetarian lasagna with Green salad. Quiet lunch time in a Friday. Decor just like typical underground old mobs restaurants in the Films, with pictures of The Godfather, Scarface, Marylin Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and more.
Wonderful dining experience!!! The food and service were excellent. The pasta sauce was excellent just the right amount of spice. Great Italian restaurant, I would highly recommend it.
It’s a very nice cozy little place, it has a real nice italian vibe to it. Heading downstairs into a cellar it’s small but with great atmosphere. The food was very delicious, I had a Lasagne and my friend the spaghetti pomodoro. Very nice, quick and friendly service! Would totally recommend going there! But might need to book a table ahead of time, we got lucky because we went there a little before the usual dinner time
Amazing! The best spaghetti bolognese I've ever had. The restaurant is a literal hole in the wall, down a staircase into a cozy basement. The waiters were all very nice and we had a great time.
Fantastic service. Guiseppe the bose is sooooo cool. I'd recommend his services to anyone..and of all culture. His humility and meekness despite working tirelessly for customers is outstanding. In all, you'll receive a great service. Trust me. In the evening there's a night club which you'll have to attend to experience it yourself.Food: 5/5
Great place for food and amazing staff inside, having a great experience previously. However, do not come here for the evening event, the lead door staff seem to be very rude to new customers. We later became aware that every person leading up to the entrance who did not acknowledge the lead door staff member would be refused entrance and told that it was a private event. On further talks with other customers attempting to attend on previous nights, it appears the lead door staff member has a ego problem and is problematic. So would best avoid if possible, but would definitely recommend the day restaurant.
