Right near the heart of town, Saturday morning farmers market has a plethora of stalls, of many different varieties to satisfy yourself with. Locally grown, owned and run businesses presenting their wares in the freshest manner possible. Wines, cheeses, baking, freshly squeezed juices, hot coffee, seafood, meat, fruit and veges, seedlings, hot food as well as live entertainment, make for a pleasurable shopping experience.
I love going to our Gisborne Farmers market, there is such a great variety of Produce & good, good Music & great place to catch up with Friends
Love this place! I make it a point to come here to get the best coffee in the world from the Far East coffee people and they NEVER disappoint! Love the vib and just having a nohe at all the stands. Local markets rock!
Small market but great produce and stalls. If here when on it is worth checking out.

Sort of like a confusing kaleidoscope of colour between hipster haven, boomer hangout, poor people pretending to be rich and rich people pretending to be down to earth. Live Folk song rings out from the flavour of the week busker wile hippie girls look on swaying to said musio uncaring of judgment from the punk rock likes of me self. Socially significant aspect of the community. Cheep vegetables straight from the locals. The local small farmers really need this support as unsold produce is making the feasibility of continuing unrealistic and if we let the big guys win its $4 lettuce from pac and save for life.
