The wait to see a doctor was ridiculous nearly an hour. Lady before us was an hour, lady after us 2 hours. Then you charge your patients for going over their 15mins now that's just wrong, especially if it's not the patients fault. If the doctor doesn't know your medical history and they take 10min of your 15mins looking it up, then the patient shouldn't have to pay extra yes, I timed it.We thought there was only 1 doctor on with the wait time, but it turns out they seem to take their time, so the patients have to pay more. There was more than 1 doctor.
Been a patient at this practice since 1995. Always had highly competent care and been treated with friendliness and respect from everyone at this clinic.
What a great first time experience for both my partner and l today. Outstanding in every way from receptionists, practice nurse and wonderful doctor. As good as it gets!! 10/10. Also would like to add the practice will soon have on board Manage My Health. This is a great way to be proactive in ones health.

The appointment before last I waited an hour and half after my appointment time before leaving without being seem, the receptionists were more interested in talking about there weekend than providing any indication of delays the the waiting room. Yesterday after waiting 3/4 of an hour this time the doctor who I saw was completely disinterested in my symptoms. He told me to keep taking the over the counter chemist medication I had bought and to come back in 2 weeks if I didn’t get better. Now, 18 hours later I’m in hospital due to a sever bladder blockage and urine infection. Thanks for nothing guys, amd yes, i will most certainly be changing doctors.
The Nurses, have always been great. Recently had my B12. And flu injection. Tomorow will get a Tetness injection.
Changed from Dee Street to Girven Road Med Centre as it was closer to home. So far have seen only one young GP and she seemed pretty thorough. Also saw nurses and they were helpful. Now in process of trying to get a script over the phone but found out it takes an entire day to print out a repeat script that is exactly the same one I've gotten every 3 mths for over 30 years and it costs a lot more than I paid at my last medical centre but for slower service. Not exactly sure why?
Bad experience with receptionist they response very rudely like they give service free. Seems not medical center but a medical shop. Also many mistakes in invoices and while changing appointment on phone with response of receptionist is horrible. While discussion with receptionist their system of payment is not affiliated with insurance companies to pay direct through insurance card also not having manage my health app, but rudely responded receiptionist to me to look for better system. I said definitely I'll
I admit I am a new patient here, but have been in three times. I have been seen by three different doctors. I am extremely happy with all three doctors and found the reception staff to be great. Hope this helps others to give them a go
The doctors I’ve seen there have been caring and thorough, Dr Bushra Wahid was particularly excellent, such a contrast to some other medical staff, and front of house staff also friendly and helpful in what could be at times a trying customer service role. Really pleased with them.
