I love the clothes and accessories at Girl Zone Gateway. I usually get helped when I need a size or if I am looking for something specific. Their earrings are always damaged. The pins are always bent and if you try to straighten them, it just breaks. Advisable to take a good look at it before leaving the store. The girls at the cashier desk are very unfriendly. They do not even smile. Not all of them, but most. Sometimes good service and a friendly face can help a customer be more understanding when the products are not always good quality.

Very disappointed. My daughter visited this store to return an item. She was told that there is no cash refund and that she needs to take a voucher. She explained that she was not from durban. Made no difference. At the time of purchase she was not informed by the teller that there is no cash refund. Basically it was a waste of money. Also the voucher is given in a form of a cash slip receipt. The receipt will fade over time. I need to query with the consumer council whether this type of sale is legal as I find this type of policy bullying where customers are forced into buying at this store
