Did take away. Great flavour in the butter chicken but felt that the dish lacked enough chicken. Think from memory it was like 6 bits and heaps of sauce. Cheese Naan was good.
Purchased a delicious takeaway chicken tikka today. Was delighted with the taste, quantity of food and lovely touch of an accompanying Naan, rice and poppadum. Thank you for great service too!

This was our second visit and the quality of the food didn't disappoint. Had guests from the Philippines and Holland and they were quite happy with the food and friendly service. As I understand it, Ginger is a popular place among the locals in Howick. With their consistency in serving good food, hard to imagine them falling out of favor.

This was my first time here and Food was so good. The wait time was really fast aswell. I had the lamb sagwala and lamb madras, it was so good. This place is nice and cosy and service was very good in my honest opinion. I will definitely be Coming back here again in the future. Thank you Gingers
Called up and asked for a recommendation for Indian Hot curry. I suggested Vindaloo. Gentlemen said good choice or off menu Kolapuri beef. I chose the latter and I am glad I did. If you like your curries very hot this is the one to ask for. I also usually avoid beef at Indian restaurants as they can sometimes be tough, not this one. Beef was lovely and tender. Garlic and cheese Naan also superb. My wife had chicken handi which was also very nice. Highly recommended
