Story

Giltrap Motors Ltd started trading in 1980 and moved to our current location, 150 Wairau Road, Glenfield, in 1981. From March 1st 2009 we welcomed aboard the Kia brand. Giltrap Kia form as part of Giltrap Group Holdings Ltd who operate a number of dealerships throughout New Zealand and is owned by Colin Giltrap, a well known personality among the world’s motoring industry. Giltrap Motors is an award winning dealership, being the recipient of numerous manufacturers’ awards. Terrible customer service. Overcharged for the service that was provided and created more problems for the vehicle than when it first went for maintenance. 1/5. If i could rate lower, than i would. Find another company to fix your vehicle because this place is not worth your time.
Awesome customer service from Daniel; friendly and knowledgeable.
Staff were helpful and friendly and the process of getting a new car was simple & quick ! They even notified us when a vehicle became available so we were able to get one within a week! Thanks guys, we will definitely be regular customers.
Booked my service over the phone had been told cost $300+when i bring my car over there, they told me the service will cost $800+ and the courtesy car I asked for not been booked. Very Very disappointed about their service.
Not the greatest experience buying a vehicle from Giltrap. Needed to follow up on documentation, then after confirming that everything is in order, the morning of delivery they request additional docs, a week later of having the vehicle the same thing happens. Not customer oriented at all. There is better dealerships out there.
After a day of looking at every hatchback we came back to Kia for a test drive, settling on the Cerato we received excellent service through the purchase and afterwards. I would definitely deal with Alby and his team again and my Mum is so happy with her purchase.
The visit was so good that we bought an SUV. Thanks to Allister for the Sportage EX. No problems, no issues, we were very satisfied with our new Vehicle and service from everyone involved with our purchase.
Really horrible experience buying a new sportage through giltrap. Was delivered with paint damage which they did not fix. Recommend you buy elsewhere
