"We’re your local bike shop on Mount Victoria, here to make your time on the bike as fun as possible. It doesn't matter if it's a mountain bike, road bike or something in between. If it's on two-wheels we'll help you make the most of it.With our fully equipped workshop we service everything from suspension to wheels, dropper posts to brakes. The team at Get Lost are total legends. I am so thankful for them and all of their amazing guidance and hard work to build the bike of my dreams. They are super friendly no matter your experience or knowledge - all are welcome here. I also love that they are putting in so much effort to build up the wider biking community with things like their new development squad. Extremely cool but also expected from this lot of good humans. Anyway, take your bike there or have them build you a bike if you don't have one already. You will not regret it. They are super passionate about what they do and it shows. They are also fair and friendly. You really can't ask for more.
Update: They serviced my mums bike and I was stoked to hear she had a fabulous time. Too often she's not been taken seriously and made to feel bad in bike shops or ignored. I'm so glad that she's thrilled with her service. Get Lost Cycling are A+ 10/10 for care and attention to detail on your loved one bike. They called before starting any work and were fantastic at finding time. Only lovers of bikes will truly appreciate the froth this bike shop radiates.
Absolutely fantastic service. I wandered into Get Lost with a little project of my own, looking for a bit of help and advice. Stu & Koen were great; they were friendly, honest & totally understood my issue. I was totally stoked with the job, Stu is a wealth of knowledge and gave me plenty more tips to move forward with as well. Honestly, I expected to pay more for the great service I received. Don't worry about the bigger stores in and around Wellington, the team at Get Lost is phenomenal, plus you're supporting a local business while you're at it. Thanks again team !
These guys are the best! Don't bother with the big bike shops go here they are amazing and genuine MTB enthusiasts. We make a big drive to see them but never disappointed, top team at Get Lost who know a lot more about bikes than anyone else I've found in Wellington.
Get Lost is the bike shop other bike shops want to grow up to be. Communication is top notch. You’re getting service from people who genuinely care about providing an experience they’d like to receive. The staff are not just well versed in the bike industry but riding bike themselves. 10/10 have recommended to friends and strangers alike.
Not only do these guys know their stuff, they are super supportive of the local biking community. The service is top notch and Coen went above and beyond to sort me out with a bike part at the last minute to get my bike race ready. I'd have been seriously stuck if not for Get Lost Cycles!

Quoting some wisdom from the legendary Golden Saddle Cyclery's Kyle B Kelley – "I'm not a fan of the support your local bike shop sticker, because not all bike shops are good. Instead, we should support good local bike shops." You don't need me to tell you – the evidence that Get Lost genuinely advocates for, includes and supports the community is everywhere. If you want to support a good bike shop, choose this one.
These guys are great! They are so knowledgeable and open to sharing their wisdom. I've found them super helpful and approachable. Come to them for all your bike needs.
Get Lost Cycling are the best, don’t bother taking your bike anywhere else. I’ve been taking my pre-loved bike to them for almost a year and their knowledge, attitude and customer service is awesome. Every review is rated 5 stars because Stu and Koen are way ahead of the others.
