Clean beds, good service.

So I did love this tanning salon, used it regularly in summer beds are well maintained, however when you use the app to top up your minutes there are no terms and conditions nor are there any on the get brown website I looked at my app to see how many minutes I had left and they had taken 76 minutes from my account and the same from my wife account and 30 mins from my daughter's account my wife rang to complain and explained there was no terms and conditions saying that the minutes expire they said to go in-store and they would sort it out with us, my daughter went in the next day and they showed her a freshly printed out bit of paper with terms and conditions about minutes expiring so even though I love the beds I will never go back here once you buy minutes they should be yours for ever not for 180 days this is unacceptable.
