"If our Show Home hours don't suit, get in touch to make an appointment.Our stunning Riverhead Show Home echoes the barn style of rural NZ buildings. Dark coloured Oblique weatherboard & Coloursteel roofing provide a striking contrast to the natural rusticated cedar weatherboards.Essentially made up of two pavilions. The first consists of open plan living, dining and family rooms featuring a raking ceiling and dual sided gas fireplace, a study nook, covered alfresco area for entertaining outdoor, a cook’s kitchen with freestanding oven & scullery with a feature barn door. The second pavilion houses 4 generous bedrooms: a master retreat with ensuite & access to the outdoors, bathroom powder room, laundry, double internal access garaging."

It was three years ago my partner and I moved into our lovely new Generation built home in Riverhead. It was a great experience seeing this home and income constructed at a given time , a set price and superb workmanship. The whole process from day one until completion was stress free and exciting to follow. I found the GH’s team very honest and communications were excellent throughout. Our home is everything we wanted. Warm , sunny, well designed, spacious and it has a wonderful indoor outdoor flow. I have met many of the generation clients and they all seem to be as satisfied with their homes as we are. The most professional building company that we've come across, Peter & Sue have been exceptional in helping us build our dream home. On time and not a cent over the budget. Very happy with the result! Well done guys!!!
Best builders in town! We are building our 2nd property through Generation Homes and I highly recommend them. Hamish is so easy to deal, is always a few steps ahead and he makes the whole process seamless and stress-free. Unlike other builders, they keep to their promise of a fixed price and a fixed day of completion which gives you peace of mind that you don't have any additional financial stress due to budget blow-outs or the build dragging on while the interest on your mortgage accumulates! We are clients for life and if we ever built again, there is no question it will be with Generation Homes!
Building can be a scary and stressful experience but all of the riverhead generation crew all were amazing. One thing that made us feel happy with our decision was the no hidden costs of fees. All fixed prices with no surprises so we knew exactly what our budget was and they guarentee move in date. Ive been to alot of show homes and i can safely say the finishing touches is something they take pride in and it makes a big difference. No corners cut. No rushed job. Would happily build again throug them.
Could not recommend them highly enough. We built with GH Riverhead in 2018, moving into our lovely new home in July, following the - as predicted - 14 week from slab build programme. Built to a fixed price with some additional tweaks and personalisations agreed and delivered at a fair and transparent price. Great communication throughout the build and the post move-in after care has also been great.
Web site said it opened at 10.00. It was closed when we arrived and still closed at 10.30. Looks good from the outside but a wasted trip from Karaka for us.
Agent was very kind in advising daughters house alarm going -- very helpful and quite neighbourly
Spacious but overpriced.
