Please don't go here. People who work here are so bad . Worst customer service ever. Parked my car at the back and one of the guy who worked there didn't even tell me to move the car . He just took reverse with another car and hit my car bumper. And said abusive words. Please don't go if you need to be treated with respect.
Worst service I have seen. I brought a Grabone Coupon and dropped my car at SAR Automotive for maintenance and WoF inspection. The reception told me will taking about 1 and half hours, but I have been waited for 4 hours. Upon receiving the car, your team told me WoF failed and gave me a list of the car problems with a $600 quote. I pass my car to my friend Who was a professional in car fixing to check for me, he told me I was deceived. There is no need to change the fixing but just a small adjust. Maximum cost for all will only take $200. After my friend checked around my car and adjust some fixings. I called SAR Automotive and would like to book to re-pass the WoF. The person who received the phone call told me he did not carry a WoF Card with him today and ask me to come tomorrow. Sucks doggy mechanics.
What a trash workshop. We bought a Wof voucher from Grabone and this trash car workshop let us waiting for a wof service almost 4hours. And told us it's failed because of some issues just like clean both headlights. When I went to the others, the mechanic told us there were no problems with our car. This Car workshop entirely wastes your time and money and they are scammers. We had made an official complaint to MTA and NZTA. Go to hell, retarded scammers!
Girls please avoid these shameless men . Really bad . They do not provide an invoice . Ask for upfront payment . Then quote u more . Asked for refund because the service sold $69 GrabOne voucher was not applicable to the service they apparently wanted to do $650 they quoted me lol . Receptionist said account will get back to me . Called after 2 weeks , manager says owner will get back to me , owner said will check with the receptionist they seem mentally challenged people . Very ill- literates staff. Btw got my car fixed for $280 . Useless pieces of garbage .
Been waiting for my refund for over one nonetheless now . Receptionist couldn’t refund it to me saying their account will get back to me . Called after lock down, manager picks up saying that receptionist is away. Called receptionist , said that the manger will get back to me . Going in circles over 1 and a half month . Screen shots attached on their fb placed . Avoid this place - they also quoted me much more then what I paid for in other mechanics store . Total rubbish . Texted him no answer ! Avoid !!! Wait till the notice .
Very quick and affordable service. I had problem with my car and been to couple of other panel beaters but this place is the half of the price which other have quoted. And my got fixed in one day time which was awesome. I will definitely recommend this place for all your car fixing need.
I used to take my car here, very big mistake.I was asked to pay upfront for minor repairs I needed for the WOF and got it back 3 days later with only half the repairs done and a dodgy WOF pass from a different inspector. They said they ran out of time to do what I’d already payed for so they got a mate to pass it and they would do the other repairs at a later date, which never happened. 1 month later I got a letter from department of transport saying my WOF is no longer valid because the dodgy inspector they used had lost his licence. DO NOT GO HERE !!
Wouldn't recommend at all. They don't have any expert and just trying different things without knowing the root cause of the problem. I gave my car for oil leakage problem and they changed the drive shaft which cost me $1600 and also replaced my battery and cost me $290. Oil leakage problem is still there. I gave my car on 10th march2020 and they promised me to return in a week but they returned on 4th junealmost 3 months. They made me cry as kept me waiting for 2 hours in their garrage every day for 1 week and finally gave back on 4th june when I get the Police involved. When I called them back and told them about problem is still there, now quotaing me $300-$1500 again for oil leakage problem. Please don't go there.
Took time off work to get air conditioner serviced. Arrived only to be told no staff available to do the work. They didn't phone to save wasting my time and they haven't bothered to phone since to make a new appointment. Maybe choose somewhere else to get your car serviced, rather than this place.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, bunch of scammers and time wasters. They will take advantage of you and charge you for stuff you didn't even ask them to do DO NOT TRUST THESE USELESS INDIANS. On top of that the good reviews are all fake and I even witnessed the owner begging a customer to write good reviews. BAD BUSINESS, tried to charge me $2000 for an issue that wasn't even there when I went to another mechanic.
