Laura is very knowledgeable about technology and is a pleasure to do business with. She was able to back-up my files and transfer everything to a new laptop we purchased from her. Laura's Geek to Go service is great. It is fast and she knows what she is doing when it comes to computers She installed a new keyboard on a year old Samsung laptop. Geek Squad told me I would just have to replace a $2000 computer because the keys stuck. She took a look and said she could order and install a new keyboard and voila! everthing worked and she saved me $1600!!
Laura was great! She communicated well throughout the entire process and had my computer back up and running within the time frame provided.
Every repair, visit or question handled professionally and results were better than I hoped for. Laura is knowledgeable and communicates well. So glad I found her!
Highly recommend Geek2Go for all your technology repair needs. They were so helpful, informative, and such a fast turnaround time. I needed hardware replaced in my laptop and were able to get me in the same day, less than 24 hours later they had my computer fixed and running again with everything transferred over smoothly. I will be using them for all of my tech needs moving forward.
I would say the technical advice and service of my iPhone were 5-star! Laura knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and fixed it! A couple times I went to the store and it was not open during hours posted. But in the end, a perfect end to my experience.
