My parcel got lost and they didn’t really offer any solution to deal with it, no refund, no nothing. So I am just out of money with no gear received. Wouldn’t recommend shopping there.nedit 27. 2. 2025: a response to the eshop responding: i understand that lost parcel is not your fault, but these things occassionally happen and from all my past experience the eshop was always willing to hekl. When I asked for help after I was not successful in solving the issue myself, the attitude I got was “not our problem.” I do believe if you are selling something, you should care whether your customer has received your goods and is happy with what they received…nMy rating simply reflects your approach to your customers, not that a parcel got lost.
I ordered a climbing harness. They sent me walking boots instead. I advised them, they organised a courier to pick them up but I haven’t heard from them since despite me sending multiple reminders. Either they are in receivership or they are just plain slack. It’s also a shame for the person whose boots they are. I’ll be disputing my credit card transaction soon on the basis that the goods did not arrive. I don’t recommend purchasing from this company.
Great communication and fast replies. Also had a pair of socks replaced due to holes with I was really happy with. However the shipment was sent out much later than expected. As I am on trail now, it’s tricky for me to organise where to get packages sent to. I changed delivery address once, and it was shipped out 9 days later than I was initially told. So I’m hoping they arrive in time to the new address before I have to start walking again.
