Ordered online Friday night - received email the following Tuesday to advise one of the products sleeping bag was not available so offered two options : alternative product for additional cost or refund. I declined the alternative option as not suitable for purpose intended and asked for another more suitable one. Received a slight refund as was less than original option the next day with info on courier. Parcel arrived the next day. Superb service with speedy delivery.
