I ordered a replacement wing mirror part from Nissan Gazley a month ago. I was told it would take 3 working days and I am still waiting. What has happened with the order is a mysteriy and had not been explained to me. Most annoying though have been my repeated attempts to make enquiries through all channels and nobody calling me back.
Great service for my little Leaf. Received a quote up front. Fast turn around. Clear communication. Ready when promised. My tyres even looked shiny when I collected the car. Thank you Nissan.
Recently purchased a late model VW which needed a full dealer service, checkup, new sparkplugs and aircon regassed with R14 gas. The team here are very experienced and provide lots of options including dropping you off in the inner city after delivering your car for servicing.

Overpriced and couldn’t fix a relatively simple bulb replacement on our VW Golf. $519 for a WOF + service. We specifically noted the turning static lights had blown, when we picked up they were still inoperable and only explanation was “I couldn’t see anything wrong.” Won’t be going back.
